Happy Spring to our old and new clients! We are so excited to be back in your life!
If 2014 had a rocky and confusing closure for all of us, 2015 has offered it’s share of lessons (both funny and painful). We have had a crash course in starting a business and thankfully, have run into a lot of kind, knowledgeable and supportive people out in our community that have talked with us, encouraged us, laughed with (and sometimes at) us. For them we are eternally grateful and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
I heard one of my partners say a couple of times yesterday, “If (starting a business) was easy, everyone would do it. Boy, isn’t that the truth? I have a whole new appreciation of people who take on big projects like this on their own. I don’t’ know how I could squeeze another working minute out of my day and I have had the opportunity to share all of the responsibilities with 2 amazing partners. It has been eye opening to see all of our strengths and weakness emerge and thankfully where one of us is weak (think me with computers) another is very strong (thank you, Cody!).
We have fielded a lot of questions regarding what happened at Deschutes Veterinary Clinic and suspect we will for some time. What we want you to know is that while some things will be the same (same location, some of the same doctors and staff), there will be some noticeable differences.
Here are some things we want you to know:
- We do not and will not have access to any of your records. You must request old records from Dr. Kramer at the following email address: deschutesvet@gmail.com.
- We will have to enter all of your information like you are a new client and never been seen by any of us. Please be patient! Our customer service representatives are learning a new system.
Our website is hear to make things easier for you. From registering prior to arrival to ordering food and drugs from an on line pharmacy, we should be able to streamline our process and improve our customer service.
The following services are available to you on line:
- Request an appointment
- Request a prescription refill
- Request a call back
- Register your pet
- Feedback form – we really do want to know!
Lastly, we would like to thank our family and friends for putting up with us and helping us make our dream come true. We know it couldn’t have been easy!
Debbie, Cody and Sarah
