Dr. Cody Menasco grew up in central California on the coast but was not much of a beach girl and spent much of her childhood up in the Sierra Mountains. After high school she moved to Bend and fell in love with the small town. Dr. Menasco completed her undergraduate degree in Biology at the University of Oregon in 2002. She then traveled all the way to St. Kitts in the West Indies to complete her veterinary degree at Ross University in 2005. She was then accepted into a one year internship in surgery, medicine, emergency and critical care at Atlantic Coast Veterinary Specialists in NY. At that point Dr. Menasco was ready to return home to Bend to once again enjoy the Bend life. Dr. Menasco has been practicing in Bend for 9 years now and has no plans on leaving this great town again! Her special interest in veterinary medicine include ultrasound, soft tissue surgery, orthopedic surgery and critical care.
In her free time she is busy chasing around her two boys and enjoying their little smiles. She can often be found riding horses, teaching the boys how to make mud pies, making forts and constantly laughing. To her, family is the most important things that she holds close to her heart. She strives to treat all her patients as if they were her own and to her, Riverside Animal Hospital is just a large extension of one big family.
Dr. Menasco sees patients on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and every third Saturday.
